Getting your music

How to get your purchased music from the Sonology Music Webstore.

Once you have purchased your music from the Sonology Music Webstore, getting a printed copy is very easy.

If you purchased a Printed Master Copy, it will arrive by mail in about 5-7 business days.

If you purchased a Downloadable Master Copy, there are two ways to get your music. (Remember, you have 10 days from the date of purchase to download your music.)

1) When you receive your purchase confirmation email.

1. Click on the Invoice Details link located in your purchase confirmation email to view your purchase. (The webstore may ask you to login to your account to verify who you are before taking you to your purchase.)
   
   
2. For each Downloadable Master Copy you purchased, there will be a “Download” button that you can click to start transferring the pdf file of the music to your computer. (If your computer asks to “Open” or “Save” the file, choose Save and remember where you save it to.)
   
   
3. To view and print the transferred pdf file, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or some other pdf viewing software installed on your computer. (To get a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here.)
   
   
4. Open the pdf file and choose “Print” from the File Menu. (Remember: If you purchased a Master Copy, you are allowed to print only 10 copies of the music, if you purchased an Individual Copy, you are allowed to print only 1.)

2) If you do not have your purchase confirmation email, you can gain access to your order through your Webstore account.

1. In your favorite internet browser, go to http://www.sonologymusic.com/store
   
   
2. Login to your Webstore account by filling in your email and password in the login fields of the top right column of the main Webstore page. (The Webstore may automatically log you in, if so, you may skip this step.)
   
   
3. Once logged into the Webstore, click on “My Account” from the top right column of the main Webstore page. You will be shown a list of your previous orders at the Webstore.
   
   
4. Locate the order that you want to retrieve your music from and click the "View" button for that order.
   
   
5. For each Downloadable Master Copy you purchased, there will be a “Download” button that you can click to start transferring the pdf file of the music to your computer. (If your computer asks to “Open” or “Save” the file, choose Save and remember where you save it to.)
