Bill Ingram is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and he has been in full time music ministry for over 39 years. Bill has been active in the handbell world leading workshops, festivals, and handbell choirs in various churches. Since 1975, he has written and arranged over 1,000 handbell pieces which are published with a variety of publishers. He has been honored as Jeffers Handbell Supply's “Composer of the Year” in 1996 and 2006. Currently the Handbell Editor for Ring Out! Press, and Composers Music; Bill and his wife Sylvia live in Baytown, Texas and have two children.
