The piece may be performed with 3-5 octaves of handbells alone or for an added dimension use a handbell tree or C instrument. An intimate moment in worship or concert.
CARILLON - Kevin McChesney - handbell solo with quartet/ensemble or keyboard accompaniment
Solo line lends itself to solo bells (especially on handbell tree) or to an alternate C instrument. Accompaniment line may be played by bells on a duplicate set, chimes, or keyboard.
A splashy mixed meter elevates the difficulty of this original work, but it follows logical and repeated patterns and should prove very accessible.

This lovely arrangement of "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing" was premiered at the 2011 Solo / Ensemble Extravaganza (SEE) by the arranger, who used an impressive 8-in-hand setup to perform the piece as a solo.
