Blanche Marie Lewis
Blanche Marie is a professional musician in the Central Florida area who is happiest when involved in making music – as a soloist, director, educator, clinician, part of an ensemble, or as an arranger. After completing a Bachelor of Music degree in Flute performance from Florida Southern College, her education continued at Florida State University with a Master’s degree in Music Therapy. As a professional musician, Blanche Marie performs on flute and handbells as a soloist and in ensembles for featured concerts, worship services and pit orchestras. She provides music for special events on a regular basis. Blanche Marie has directed adult and children’s vocal and instrumental ensembles in churches, educational settings, and community ensembles throughout the state of Florida. Blanche Marie also works at Walt Disney World in Costuming to support her music habit and currently resides in Winter Park, Florida, with her husband Robby. They are active in their church, First United Methodist Church of Winter Park. In her free time, Blanche Marie enjoys visiting family & friends, reading, and cooking.
