FOUNTAINS OF LIGHT (FROM THE “ST. FRANCIS SUITE”) – Kevin McChesney – handbell solo with keyboard accompaniment and optional C instrument

Part of the “St. Francis Suite,” this sparkling original work (originally simply titled “Fountains”) was premiered as a quartet (also available on this site) by the 2001 Solo / Ensemble Extravaganza “Dream Team” and has since been adapted for solo with keyboard accompaniment. This piece can be played with or without the flute (or other C instrument) but you are strongly urged to find a fine flutist and add this feature if you can. Flowing legato on the keyboard accompaniment is a must!
