Three Ensembles for Christmas (handbell ensemble)

THREE ENSEMBLES FOR CHRISTMAS – ANTIOCH, STILLE NACHT, and James Pierpont, arranged by Ron Mallory for Handbell Ensemble

“Joy to the World”, “Silent Night”, and “Jingle Bells” are short 10-bell ensemble arrangements written as an introduction to ensemble ringing. They can work on either handbells or handchimes and can be played away from tables. Once the notes are mastered, musicians can focus on musicality and expression, cuing off one another to play as a cohesive ensemble, and perhaps even memorizing.
