THREE ENSEMBLES FOR CHRISTMAS: JINGLE BELLS by James Pierpont, arranged by Ron Mallory for Handbell Ensemble

“Jingle Bells” is a short 10-bell ensemble arrangement written as an introduction to ensemble ringing. It can work on either handbells or handchimes and can be played away from tables. Once the notes are mastered, musicians can focus on musicality and expression, cuing off one another to play as a cohesive ensemble, and perhaps even memorizing.
