This authentic and stylish original conjures up the greats of silent film – Charlie Chaplin, Lon Chaney, Buster Keaton. In those days, that was the job – to play something that enhanced the action on the screen live, in real time, at the theater. This well-crafted original work would hold its own against any busker of silent films, but also creates a nostalgic and intricate place in concert. While use in worship might be a stretch for, say, Pentecost :), all choirs and listeners will find this piece extremely rewarding.
