I Don’t Like This Piece – Yet! (article)

Ringers have differing musical tastes (so do directors), so naturally an individual ringer is unlikely to love every piece we play. This article is a discussion of the meanings behind “I don’t like this piece.” It is also a reminder of the purposes of presenting our music and what ringers and directors can do to serve those purposes, even on pieces that aren’t group favorites.
